Both artist and labels can register themself and get subscription plan and start distribution. For established artists and labels kindly fill up the form available on our website and submit the documents as outlined. We will get in touch with you after review of your submission.

Do i have to pay for your service?

DistroGraphy offers one simple unlimited account plan for Rs 4999/$59.99 per year and DistroGraphy Partner is percentage-based. Some services, that are available under both plans and all are free.

I/We haven’t hear back from my application yet?

It typically takes about 7 business days for your application to be reviewed. If it has been longer than that and you made sure our emails didn’t get flagged as junk, please reach out to our client services team via the email.

What is the cost of administration of right percentage for partner?

DistroGraphy doesn’t take any joining fees or annual subscription for partner programme. As per the current cost approved DistroGraphy deducts only 20% of revenues from your revenues, towards operating costs.

How much time it takes for release approval?

Once your release is approved. we distribute your music instantly. The platforms may take upto 1-3 business days to process your content, depending on the content rush. Generally your music appears in some stores within 24 hours after approval. For callertune (CRBT), the telecom partners still using manual content ingestion method and can take anywhere between 6-14 business days. We recommend uploading your music and paying for distribution 15 days ahead of your target release date.

Can i distribute cover songs or Remixes?

Cover songs/Mashup/Remixes are not accepted. If it possible if as long as the proper license is require from original content publisher/author.

When will i get paid?

Generally, stores report an entire month’s sales to us on a four-six month delay. So, if a sale of your music occurred in January, you would receive the money and sales reports in April. We update your sales them the moment we receive the data, and you can request your money as soon it’s available.

We cannot report sales to accounts until the stores have sent us the entire period’s sales reporting for all accounts. If there is a delay in a store reporting sales to us, there will be a delay in posting sales report to your accounts. We send royalty reports and payments in all Indian currencies (INR). So we’ll pay through PayPal for our international clients and we do Bank Transfer for Indian clients after once received your payments from music stores.

Payment shall only be made to You if accumulated outstanding earnings exceed 1000 Rs/$12*.

Can i edit my release?

After you submit your release, your release will be verified by our team members and send to stores as soon as possible. You can not edit the release information once submitted. Yes it will be possible sometimes, if you want to edit any of your release data, contact us on immediately within 1 hour. Otherwise revision will take at least 15-30 days after your release.

Why DistroGraphy use other CMS for youtube distribution?
